Trip xChange
Group trip planning and expense-sharing in one place — itinerary, schedule, photos and automatic settlements, instead of scattered chats and a post-trip spreadsheet.

Planning a trip with friends usually happens across a group chat, a shared note, and a reckoning with a spreadsheet afterwards. Trip xChange pulls all of that into one place: shared itinerary decisions, a live activity schedule, photo sharing that syncs across the group, and real-time expense logging with automatic settlement — the app works out who owes whom.
Built in Switzerland, free to start, and set up in about half a minute.
My role#
I led the project as frontend and feature owner, and ran a Google Ads campaign that brought in the first 20–30 international users to test it against real trips rather than imagined ones.
